ACPN Presidential Candidate, Oby, Asks Buhari To Stop Killing Of Nigerians, Troops By Terrorists

The Allied Congress Party of Nigeria(ACPN) Presidential candidate, Dr. Obiageli Ezekwesili, has advised President Muhammadu Buhari to urgently stop the senseless killing of Nigerians by terrorist group.

Describing the killing of citizens, including troops prosecuting the terrorism war as "tragic," said each time Buhari expressed air of satisfaction with the way the administration is stemming insecurity,  leads one  to conclude that the President "is far removed from the reality of what his citizens have suffered and still suffer."

The Presidential hopeful who gave the advice in a series of tweets on Thursday from her twitter handle,  cited the security situations in the North East, North Central, Zamfara and  Kaduna in the North West where, she alleged, lives were needlessly lost to the terrorists.

The former Minister also called on the President to render an accurate report of the Counter-Terrorism war and National Security more broadly, saying he owes it as a duty to Nigerians.

Earlier, Oby Ezekwesili has expressed the confidence that if elected President of Nigeria on February this year and sworn - in come May 29, her party, ACPN, would lift 25 million Nigerians out of poverty and moved them to prosperity with agriculture.

She stated:"How can we have a leader that appears accustomed to losing his Citizens? How, really? No true leader will act the way our Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari carries on in the midst of such frequent senseless killings of his citizens including troops prosecuting the terrorism war. Stop it now! 

"Each time the President nods his own head for 'great work on stemming Insecurity,' one concludes that he is far removed from the reality of what his citizens especially in the North East, North Central and Zamfara and  Kaduna in the North West have suffered and still suffer. Tragic.

"The President is very unjust to his citizens in the way he has failed to dignify their lives. 

I demand that the President, C-in-C immediately  renders an accurate report of the Counter-Terrorism war and National Security more broadly. You owe this to your citizens."
