Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, met with former President Olusegun Obasanjo in Abeokuta, Ogun state on Wednesday.
He arrived Obasanjo's Penthouse within Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library (OOPL) around 1.14pm and proceeded to hold a closed door meeting with the elder statesman.
The agenda of the meeting was still unclear but sources close to the ex - president hinted that the about two - hour long discussion had to do with the 2023 presidential bid of Tinubu and other national issues.
Speaker of the house of representatives;
Femi Gbajabiamila, governor Dapo Abidoun, former interim chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Chief Bisi Akande, former governor Olusegun Osoba, former governor Gbenga Daniel, Senator Gbenga Kaka, Senator Gbenga Obadara, Senator Andy Uba, Nuhu Ribadu among others were on ground to welcome Tinubu to Ogun State.
