Israeli War Plane Flattens Building Housing Int'l Media Offices In Gaza

The Daily Crucible

Al-Jalaa tower, home to the offices of several international and local news organizations crumbled to the ground in rubbles and billowing smoke after an Israeli War Plane bombed the building down on Saturday in bids to pound the Hamas out.

Videos of the airstrike revealed that the building was flattened almost  immediately.

The Gaza tower is said to house the offices of the Associated Press, Al Jazeera, and local media outlets.

Before hurling bombs into the facility, Israeli forces had warned occupants in the building to vacate about an hour before the air strike hits home.

They were told the army would target the high-rise building, but it  was learnt that people in the offices at the time were not given enough opportunity  to evacuate their belongings from the building.

An Al Jazeera producer Linah Alsaafin was quoted as saying: "We ran down the stairs from the 11th floor and now looking at the building from afar, praying Israeli army would eventually retract" while reacting to the renewed hostility between Hamas and Israel.
