President Muhammadu Buhari and retired General Theophilus Danjima on Monday met behind closed doors at the presidential villa, Abuja.
The agenda of the meeting between Buhari and his guest and elder statesman, remained largely undisclosed as Danjuma, did not speak to the State House Correspondents after emerging from the meeting.
The former Defence Minister and occasional critics of Buhari's administration last visited the State House over three years ago.
The Daily Crucible learnt the discussion during meeting revolved around domestic issues such as security, COVID - 19, progress being made in containing the pandemic and the general socio-economic development in the country.
