    Kano Tops List Of States With New Cases Of COVID - 19

    The total number confirmed cases of the Coronavirus pandemic in Nigeria have dropped by two from the previous 627 to  665 but with Kano ranking number one as the state with the highest number of fresh cases as of Monday, April 20, recording 23 new cases to beat others.

    "Thirty- eight new cases of COVID19 have been reported," according to the  Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC).

    The states are:

    23 in Kano
    5 in Gombe
    3 in Kaduna
    2 in Borno
    2 in Abia
    1 in FCT
    1 in Sokoto
    1 in Ekiti

    "As at 11:10 pm 20th April there are 665 confirmed cases of COVID19 reported in Nigeria, 188 discharged and 22 dead," NCDC added.
