• Uthman and Tunde of the Pelican Valley Estate
The fast developing Pelican Valley Estate, an upscale property development arena, located in Oke-mosan corridor of Kobape Road, Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital, evokes not a small excitement this Yuletide from Nigerians in diaspora, who were marvelled at the development going on within the estate, the aesthetics, the comfort and serenity the place promises.

One of the diasporans, Uthman, who is based in Canada, could not resist the inviting panoramic view of the estate and its accessibility yet free from the traffic bedlam that is the undoing of some estates found in places like Lagos, Abuja and Port - Harcourt.
